YOUR WRISTBAND IS YOUR WALLET
Every attendee receives an NFC wristband at the gate. You can self-link your wristband to your Dimension Portal account using the app.
Once linked, simply tap your wristband at vendors to pay.
If your wristband is lost or damaged, visit the Guest Centre to secure your account and receive support.

HOW CURRENCY WORKS AT DIMENSION
Dimension Dollars (Ð) are the official festival currency used across the event.
THE BASICS
1 Dimension Dollar is equivalent to approximately $2 NZD.
Load funds into your account before or during the festival. Spend Dimension Dollars at vendors using your wristband or phone.
Send funds instantly to friends, and refund unused funds whenever you need to.
Your Dimension Portal account remains active after the festival, and balances do not expire.
HOW IT

BEFORE THE FESTIVAL
Download Dimension Portal from the App Store or Google Play.
Create your account using your attendee code.
Pre-load Dimension Dollars to skip queues when you arrive.
AT THE FESTIVAL
Collect your wristband at the gate.
Connect to free on-site Dimension WiFi.
Link your wristband in the app using your phone.
Start spending immediately, your pre-loaded balance is ready.
AFTER THE FESTIVAL
Keep your Dimension Portal account active.
Use remaining funds for marketplace purchases or tickets.
Request refunds to your bank account at any time.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible and may take 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Unused Dimension Dollars can also be refunded at the Guest Centre during the festival.
Up to $500 NZD per day, Cash handling fees may apply.
