Kōroto is a takatāpui producer/DJ from Te Matau-A-Māui who has found a home in the Ōtautahi bass scene. Raised in a multi-genre loving household, her music taste began diverse and she had especially found solace in the underground. What began as burning cds for her homies as a youngin has grown into a full-blown passion for sharing her musical inventory on stage. Kōroto mixes and produces a wide range of genres including Hiko, leftfield, hip-hop, ambient, dub, 140s, techno, psy and of course the experimentally strange. She codes her sets and original music with a story.. Or symbols to spark specific affect. As a student of rongoā (Māori medicine) Kōroto understands music as a healer, from the comforting to the dissonant.

Big Dave stumbled upon a life-altering symphony of sound on the shores of Kariotahi Beach, New Zealand's west coast - the ethereal realm of psychedelic trance. From that serendipitous moment, the course of his life was forever charted in the vibrant waves of electronic music.

Big Dave's quest for sonic enlightenment led him across the globe to the heart of the UK, where he immersed himself in a three-year odyssey through the London underground scene. Here, he found himself at the heart of the action, dancing under the stars at outdoor raves and experiencing the raw energy of illegal ("squat") parties. Amidst the chaos and beats, he forged lifelong connections with fellow music devotees.

Now as the organiser of Dimension, he loves to share the raw energy of a proper psytrance party with the world!
