ONSITE
AMENITIES
From showers and water stations to food, bars, and first aid - here’s what’s available to support your festival experience.
FREE WATER STATIONS
Free drinking water is available from multiple refill stations across the site. Bring your favourite drink bottle and top up often, Dimension doesn’t support single-use plastics. We recommend keeping a stash at your tent so you're not trekking for water mid- nap.
REFRESH REALM (SHOWERS & TOILETS)
Hot showers are available to all festival-goers. Use mindfully to make sure everyone gets a turn, or enjoy river rinse as a refreshing, natural alternative. Toilets are located across the site for easy access.
FOOD & DRINK VENDORS
A curated lineup of local vendors will be serving up delicious meals all weekend long. Whether you're after a nourishing feed, a sweet fix, or that post-set smoothie, we've got you covered. You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic drinks, food and snacks (just leave the glass and excess packaging at home).
LICENSED BARS
Our bars will be stocked with chilled craft beers, wine, pre-mixed drinks and non-alcoholic options. BYO alcohol is a no-go - we’ve got the good stuff waiting for you.
MEDICS & FIRST AID
24/7 medical support will be on-site for your safety. Please bring any personal medication you need (clearly labelled) and let us know at Guest Care if you have any health concerns or require support.
SECURITY & RANGERS
Our experienced and friendly security team works around the clock. Festival rangers will also be roaming the site if you need help or just a friendly face.
Sustainability
Dimension is a Leave No Trace festival. Here’s how we all play a part in keeping the land lush and the impact low.
LEAVE NO TRACE
Dimension lives on sacred land - and we treat it that way. We’re a Leave No Trace festival. That means you’re responsible for your waste, and everything you bring in should leave with you.
BAGS PROVIDED
You'll receive a rubbish bag on entry for your campsite waste. Need more bags? Just ask.
PACK SMART
Cut down on waste before you even arrive. Skip the plastic packaging, pack food in reusable containers, and bring your own cup and bottle.
NO GLITTER (UNLESS IT’S BIO)
Standard glitter = microplastics. If you want to shine, make it biodegradable.
BYO CUP & WATER BOTTLE
Bring your own cup, bottle and straw. Our bar crew will happily fill them - saving one more single-use item from going to waste. Your bottle will be your best friend on hot days, with free water refill stations available around the site. Stay hydrated, stay sustainable, save your wallet.
Safety &
Wellbeing
Whether you need help, rest, information, or support - these are the zones and people dedicated to your wellbeing across the weekend.
GUEST CENTRE
Your festival info HQ. Need to find a set time, replace a lost wristband, or grab wifi? Come visit the Guest Centre. This is the central spot for all attendee information - including Lost & Found, medic contact, shower and Wi-Fi tokens, merch, general help, and direct comms with the wider festival crew. If something’s up, this is your first port of call.
LOST & FOUND
Lost your keys? Your hat? Your mind? Start your search at Guest Centre - it’s the festival lost-and-found central.
CONSENT CULTURE
Dimension is a space built on mutual respect. Consent is everything. Enthusiastic, ongoing, and freely given. If you're unsure, ask. If you hear “no” or see someone in need, speak up or get help.
FESTIVAL CARE SAFE SPACE
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or just need a breather? Our dedicated safe space offers a quiet, low-sensory environment where you can rest, regulate, and reconnect. Supported by trained providers and a compassionate team of volunteers, it’s a judgement-free zone for anyone needing mental, emotional, or harm reduction support. You're always welcome here, no questions asked.
ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination or harm. Our festival experience is built on the core values of safety, respect and unity. If something doesn’t feel right, come talk to us - your safety and wellbeing matter.
HARM REDUCTION
KnowYourStuffNZ will be onsite offering free, legal, confidential substance checking.
Their team of trained volunteers provide free, non-judgmental services and honest information to help you make safer choices.
POST-FESTIVAL WELLNESS
Post festival wellness is a key element to ensuring your experience is as pure as possible. We welcome you to stay Monday night to rest and recover before hitting the road.
Plan ahead with supplements, hydration, and wholesome snacks to help your body bounce back - magnesium, 5-htp, vitamin C, electrolytes.
When you finally disembark the spaceship and return to reality, make sure you rebalance your circadian rhythm by getting a good night sleep, nourish your body by eating healthy and keep day dreaming of Dimension - it’s good for the soul.
